The European Space Agency’s open science platform DIVA will host an open workshop on 26 November 2025, in hybrid format (on-site in Bucharest, Romania, and online). The event will introduce participants to DIVA’s capabilities for satellite calibration and validation, as well as for the development of new Earth observation products and retrieval approaches.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore DIVA’s user interfaces, work with open-source tools such as the GRASP algorithm, and access datasets from reference networks including AERONET, ACTRIS, EARLINET, and EarthCARE. The workshop aims to support the scientific community in using DIVA’s resources for data processing, visualization, and intercomparison of remote sensing products.
